The bubble in contemporary art is about to pop, blah blah blah

Getting sick to death about hearing how the art market is going to be affected by the credit crunch. Any one in this game for the money must be a bellend. If I wanted quick money I'd be a fucking armed robber............. http://www.jmcolberg.com/weblog/2008/12/a_second_tulip_mania.html

My friend I could not agree with you more. I myself would open a chip shop, or perhaps rob one.
Best,
Marcus.

Loooove chips, well being a Northerner. I agree by the way with what you said about Katy Granner's pictures. They do seem to do this on a regular basis The Photographer's Gallery have some right stinkers. I think you would like the Jem Southam show at The Lowry by the way........

I dont usually go to town regarding photographers on my blog but with KG's work I just see no light in the tunnel and I felt compelled to say something
As for Jem he is a lovely fella and I admire his work greatly (we go to the same printers). I hope to get up and see the show at some point.

Many thanks for the blog mention. Without sounding like a cocky swine, I do have a book (Night Vision) published in 2007 and another due out next year (Urban Safari). Will keep you posted.

Stay Hungry,
Marcus
